TransCall Phone Card  Expires 180 days after first use.  Rates subject to change without further notice. Posted minutes based on one time usage before fees. Per FCC rules, all calls made from a payphone are subject to a 69 Cents surcharge.  A 59 cents maintenance charge will apply after first call and then on  a bi-monthly basis.  Calls to cellular phones may be charged at a higher rate. Federal, state, and local taxes may apply. The provider is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. This card has no cash value. Do not return  to retailer for refund.  Application of surcharges and fees has effect of reducing total minutes on card. Services are   provided by carrier, subject to terms and conditions of its federal and state tariffs. Cards are not  renewable.
